PRICING
All our prices for products and shipping are listed in Singapore dollars. All product prices are deemed to be firm and final upon checkout and payment.

 

PRICING MATCH GUARANTEE

Hemsley Bathshoppe’s Price Match Guarantee ensures that we offer you only the best price, so you can shop with confidence. If you purchase selected products on-line and found a lower price from Hemsley Bathshoppe within 10 days, let us know and we’ll do a “Price Match!”

Any purchase of sanitary wares and bathroom fittings from www.hemsleybathshoppe are eligible for a “Price Match”. A “Price Match” must be requested within 10 days after purchase. Customers must bring in or show proof of a lower offer/price and Hemsley will process a refund for the price difference.

Discount codes, gift cards or vouchers are excluded from Hemsley Bathshoppe’s Price Match.

Price difference will be refunded to you by cheque within 10 working days for self-collection.

Price Match does not included items under "Price Busters" or items purchased using discount codes, vouchers or rebates.

PRODUCTS & SERVICES
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Customers are responsible to ensure that orders placed are according to colour, size and quantity they require before checking out.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.


DELIVERY
Your orders are our outmost priority. Please allow 2-3 working days to process your order. We will contact you to confirm your stock availability and delivery/self-collection arrangement

Hemsley Bathshoppe is only available in Singapore.

  • Small Items: Such as accessories, parts, and home furnishings S$9.82 Courier: For order below S$1,000.00.
  • Free Shipping: For order at S$1,000.00 or above.
  • Bulky Items: S$50.00 per trip for Hemsley Delivery Service.

We are committed to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. However, please allow 7-10 working days for the arrival of your orders. If your orders have not arrive on time, please call us at +65 6337 3136.
 
Orders received on Saturday and Sundays will be processed on the next working day (Monday).

      Once orders are placed and paid, you will receive a call confirmation from our customer service officer. Please allow 7-10 working days for your order to be delivered. Storage service fee of $50.00 per month will incur for items not collected with 7-10 days.
       
      RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUND
      At the moment, Hemsley Bathshoppe does not accept returns, exchange and refunds of items.
       
      For items shipped by courier, you are rest assured that all of our products are free from any dent or damage. They are individually handpicked and inspected before sending out for shipment.
       
      For items self-collected or delivered by the Hemsley Bathshoppe, our team will make sure that you receive the items in excellent condition, without any damage or defect.

      INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

      International orders may require 3 to 7 working days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need additional information about the order.

       

      Shipping rates may differ based on size and destination. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees  at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient. 

       

      Hemsley Bath Shoppe may not ship to certain destinations due to manufacturer restrictions. Selected items are not available for international shipping (ceramic and bulky products). 

       

      All items shipped overseas are carefully checked and are free of any damage or defects. We ensure that all items shipped overseas are of high grade and meets Hemsley's quality standard. The Company assumes no liability and is not to be held responsible for any loss, damage, expense or delay.
