And to make it easier to build your dream bathroom, you have the choice between you shopping on-line or in-store.

PLACING AN ORDER
Choose from a wide range of products available. You can shop by brand, by type.

 
Click on the product to see full details and specification. Note that items are subject to stock availability. If you found the product is the one that that you want to add into your dream bathroom click "Add to Cart".

 
After adding to "Cart". A pop-up menu will ask whether you want "continue shopping" or "check out".



Once you have completed your shopping, click the "Check Out" button.



CHECKING OUT & PAYMENT OPTIONS
Review your "Cart" and ensure the items and quantity are accurate. Choose a payment mode afterwards.
  • Check Out: If you do not have a Paypal Account and you want to use your Debit or Credit Card for payment.
  • Paypal Check Out: If you wish to use your Paypal Account to pay.

After payment information has been submitted an authorisation is taken only. No capture of payment will occur. The capture of payment will only be taken after our customer service officer has confirmed stock availability and delivery.

All product prices are deemed to be firm and final upon checkout and payment.

    These are the shipping/delivery options and rates:
    • Free Shipping: Self-Collection of order from our showroom for any type of items.

    • Small Items: Such as accessories, parts, and home furnishings S$9.82 Courier: For order below S$1,000.00.
    • Free Shipping: For order at S$1,000.00 or above.
    • Bulky Items: S$53.50 per trip for Hemsley Delivery Service.

    Our customer service officer will contact you when your order is ready for collection or has been dispatched out for delivery.

    We are committed to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. However, please allow 7-10 working days for the arrival of your orders. If your orders have not arrive on time, please call us at +65 6337 3136.

    Items are to be delivered or picked-up within 7-10 days. Items are to be delivered or picked-up within 7-10 days. Storage service fee of $50.00 per month will incur for items not collected with 7-10 days. 
     
    Orders received on Saturday and Sundays will be processed on the next working day (Monday).



    DISCOUNT CODES
    If you have any discount code, key in the code and click apply.

    Final step is to key in your payment details.

    If you choose to "Check Out", you'll be asked to enter your Debit or Credit Card Details. After entering your payment details, click place order.



    If you choose "Paypal Check Out", you'll be asked to enter your Paypal Account. After entering your payment details, click place order.

    ORDER NOTIFICATIONS
    Once orders are placed, you will receive a system generated email from Hemsley Bath Shoppe about your purchase. Our customer service officer will review your order within the next 2-3 working days before we process it. We will then contact you to confirm your stock availability and delivery/self-collection arrangement.
