Can I also shop In-Store?

Yes. You can also shop In-store at our showroom. Our Bathroom Specialists are willing to help you with your bathroom related queries.

 

 How does the delivery process work?

Once we have received your order, our customer service officer will review your order within the next 2-3 working days before we process it. We will then contact you to confirm your stock availability and delivery/self-collection arrangement. 

Items are to be delivered or picked-up within 7-10 days. We regret to inform that there will be no storage service available for any orders through the on-line store.

 

How do you ship my orders?

All orders are ship using one of the following:
  • Via Courier (Ta-Q-Bin)
  • Via Hemsley Delivery Service
  • Via In-store / Self-collection
Hemsley Bathshoppe is only ships within Singapore.

 

All small size items are to be shipped through Ta-Q-Bin while Hemsley Bathshoppe Logistic Team is delivering bulkier items. You will receive a notification once your order is shipped and confirmed.

How much is the shipping and delivery rate?

At Hemsley Bathshoppe, we want to give the best and most reasonable shipping rates possible. These are the available and current shipping rates:
 
  • Free Shipping: Self-Collection of order from our showroom for any type of items.

  • Small Items: Such as accessories, parts, and home furnishings S$9.82 Courier: For order below S$1,000.00.
  • Free Shipping: For order at S$1,000.00 or above.
  • Bulky Items: S$53.50 per trip for Hemsley Delivery Service.
  • Storage service fee of S$50.00 per month.

                                   

What happens if my order got damaged upon its delivery?

At Hemsley Bath Shoppe, we make sure that you get the best products. You are assured that all products are carefully inspected, hand picked without any defects or damage before shipping or delivery.

We regret to inform you that we do not accept refunds and exchange.



How long will it take to receive my order after I make payment?

We are committed to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. However, please allow 7-10 working days for the arrival of your orders. If your orders have not arrive on time, please call us at +65 6337 3136.
 

Orders received on Saturday and Sundays will be processed on the next working day (Monday).

 

What are the payment methods available?

    Once orders are placed and paid. Kindly give our customer service officer  2-3 days to review your order and check for stocks availability. Please allow 7-10 working days for your order to be delivered.

    Storage service fee of S$50.00 per month will incur for items not collected with 7-10 days. 

     

    Do you offer price matching?

    Yes. Hemsley Bathshoppe’s Price Match Guarantee ensures that we offer you only the best price, so you can shop with confidence. If you purchase selected products on-line and found a lower price from Hemsley Bathshoppe within 10 days, let us know and we’ll do a “Price Match!”

     

    How to qualify for a Price Match?

    Any purchase of sanitary wares and bathroom fittings from www.hemsleybathshoppe are eligible for a “Price Match”. A “Price Match” must be requested within 10 days after purchase. Customers must bring in or show proof of a lower offer/price and Hemsley will process a refund for the price difference.

    Discount codes, gift cards or vouchers are excluded from Hemsley Bathshoppe’s Price Match.

     

    How long will I get the “Price Match” refund?

    Price difference will be refunded to you by cheque within 14 working days for self-collection.

     

    How does Paypal work?

    Paypal is the easiest away to make online payments. After checking out, you will be redirected to the Paypal website, to enter your account.

    Paypal is a fast, easy and secure payment portal online.


    Can I pay using Paypal without a Paypal acoount?

    Yes. If you do not have a Paypal account or do not wish to create an account, all you need is any Debit / Credit card that is supported by Paypal.
     
    No account needed.

     

    Can I cancel my order? 

    No. Unfortunately, we start to process your order as soon as we receive it, and therefore unable to cancel or change your order.

     

    What if my item is not available in stock, how long does it take for the order of the non stock item?

    Since most of our products are imported directly from Europe, lead times may vary. It is recommended to keep an average lead time of at least 3-4 months depending on the products you have selected. Information on the lead time will be informed to you by our customer service officer.

     

    Can I pick/store my order on a later date?

    Items or orders are to be delivered or picked-up within 7-10 days. Storage service fee of $50.00 per month will incur for items not collected with 7-10 days. 

     

    Do you provide installation services?

    We only supply bathroom products, we do not provide installation services.

     

    Can I track the delivery of my order?

    You will receive a confirmation email from our customer service officer once your order is on its way.

    • If you order is shipped via Ta-Q-Bin you will receive a tracking number for your order.
    • If you order is being delivered by Hemsley Delivery Service, you will be informed via email regarding the delivery status.
    • For in-store self-collection, you will receive an e-mail or call once your order is ready for pick-up.

     

    What should I do if my item arrives with incorrect or missing parts? 

    Contact our customer service officer at +65 6337 3136 and they will assist you. Please have on hand:

    Your order number and/or reference 
    Details of what you ordered and/or what precisely is missing
